automatically calculate the insurance value for the house and the PMI where is necessary. Everything is completed automatically, accurately and is easy and
simple to be used and handled.
Adjustable Rate Loan Calculator
Adjustable rate loan have a unique interest rate feature that changes, or adjust over the life of a loan. An ARM may be attractive for your clients if your
clients desire a slightly lower interest rate during the initial stages of loaning your home and your clients expect that their income will rise in the future, and/or if
they are not planning to stay in the same home for long.

For all versions, the installing process has five steps:
- Step one: Find out which kind of web hosting do you have. For this simply ask your web host which platform uses. If it is MS Windows, you will use the files
from "ASP" folder. Otherwise, you will use the files from "PHP" folder
- Step two: Create in the root folder of your web site a new folder called "loan-calculators".
- Step three: Load the files from ASP or PHP folder into the root folder of your web site you will load only the files which are compatible with your web host platform.
For example, for Linux platform web hosing you will load only the files from PHP folder in the folder "loan-calculators" which you have been created at step two.
You have to be careful to load the content of PHP folder not directly the PHP folder.
- Step four: It is about linking the loan calculators to the rest of your web site’s pages. Therefore, in every page of your web site you have to create links to the
calculators pages. You can create the link to the "Adjustable Rate Loan Calculator" and you have to insert in every page next script:
